Exciting new Fine Dining restaurant opening in Highland Park area of Dallas. This will be an intimate 40 seat restaurant set in a retail outdoor mall and will operate from 10am - 6pm, 7 days a week. Seeking a seasoned General Manager with impeccable attention to detail, service standards and operational management. Must have fine dining experience, Michelin is preferred. Will consider relocation candidates who meet these requirements and are currently located in the US. No visa sponsorship available.


Position Overview:


The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of establishments operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for and guests. Responsible for maximizing commercial performance, leading, developing team members and liaising with retail store leadership.


Position Responsibilities:


Leadership and Management:

  • Provide visionary leadership to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor staff across various departments, including food and beverage, events, facilities, and administration.
  • Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and implement necessary corrective actions.


Services:

  • Uphold the highest level of customer service standards to meet and exceed the expectations of the guests.
  • Develop and implement engagement initiatives to enhance the overall experience.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.


Operations and Financial Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to budgets.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures.


Events and Programming:

  • Establish,  manage event logistics, including scheduling, catering, entertainment, and decorations.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance the business reputation to attract new guests and private events through innovative strategies.


Facility Management:

  • Maintain venue’s physical appearance, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and overall aesthetics.
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs of facilities, coordinating with relevant vendors and contractors.


Compliance and Regulations:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including health and safety regulations and alcohol licensing.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 
  • Proven experience 5 years in a managerial role within the luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, event planning, and facility management.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate club activities and events.
  • In-depth knowledge of fine dining service, wine pairings, and luxury hospitality practices.
