Located near Miami Beach and South Beach nightlife, our Miami property offers two craft cocktail bars, a pool, a seasonal restaurant, and a full calendar of social events. It’s the perfect spot for both guests and staff to enjoy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management on budgets, forecasts, and improvements to policies and procedures.
- Curate unique food and beverage experiences and drive revenue through event programming.
- Manage costs, stock, payroll, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in food & beverage operations, ideally in lifestyle settings.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth.
- Knowledge of stock control, budgeting, and cost management.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver excellent guest service.
