And that’s exactly why we decided to offer One Haus+, a subscription service for enterprise hospitality companies with consistent hiring needs. 

Why OneHaus+ Changes Everything

For years, enterprise operators have had to choose between speed, quality, and financial predictability. One Haus+ eliminates that tradeoff entirely to provide you budget stability and cost control — while still maintaining flexibility over your hiring process.

How It Works:

One Haus + offers operators two subscription tiers. You can combine or use them independently, and you can always add on if your demand increases. 

 

  • Junior Tier: Pay $2,000 a month to secure two junior-level hires per year, such as a Manager or Sous Chef. 

  • Senior Tier: Pay $1,500 a month for one senior-level hire per year, such as a General Manager, Executive Chef or other leadership position. 

 

For each tier, you’ll sign onto a one-year minimum subscription. But, we won’t penalize you if the year runs out and you haven’t completed all your hires. Instead, we’ll offer you a three-month grace period to wrap up the work outlined in the contract. During that time, our One Haus recruiters will work just as hard as always to make sure you get the new roles filled.
